About

You are the guide. The collection is real, your explanations are not, and the group has to work out which of tonight’s exhibits you invented on the walk over.

How it feels

  • Performing
  • Laughing at the wrong moment
  • Confidently wrong

What the design is for

  • You do the talking

The game hands you three labels and a dry catalogue line under two of them. Everything else you say is yours.

  • Scores for being believed

Not for being right. A guide is paid by how confidently the room got it wrong.

  • Say how sure you are

Right and certain is worth three. Wrong and certain hands the guide three. That is the whole game.

  • The collection is never the same twice

Labels are assembled from a grammar rather than drawn from a list, so a second evening is not the same jokes.

  • No computer opponent, on purpose

The content of this game is a person talking. A machine cannot do it, so it is not offered.
